Frankfort/Mokena TRIAD Flu Shot Clinic & Senior Health Fair 
The Frankfort/Mokena TRIAD (senior safety group) is hosting its annual Flu Shot Clinic/Health Fair next Wednesday, September 25th from 8:30am-11am at the Frankfort Township Building, 11000 W. Lincoln Hwy. Frankfort, IL.
Come out and enjoy free refreshments, safety and medical information, vendors, medical screenings(including the Lion’s club hearing trailer), and vaccinations. Flu shots and pneumonia shots are free for seniors with Medicare Part B. Flu shots are $22.00 for those without Medicare Part B. Also available will be adacel (whooping cough & tetanus).
