Over $16,000 of Enfamil and Tide recovered while Chino Hills Sheriff's arrest crime ring leader. 
On Tuesday, August 28, 2013, Kelly Fallan entered Albertsons in Chino Hills. Fallan is known by Albertson’s market as one of the suspects involved in stealing Enfamil baby formula. He was caught and through the investigation, it was learned he was stealing the formula and selling it to another subject, identified as Richard Duran. Duran would then sell the formula to a man named Cesar.
On Wednesday, September 11, 2013, the Chino Hills Multiple Enforcement Team (MET) and Chino Hills Detective Bureau in conjunction with Loss Prevention Specialists (LPS) from Stater Brother’s, Albertsons, and CVS conducted an operation to purchase known stolen Enfamil baby formula from Nutrition 4 Kids on the 3900 block of Sierra Way in the City of San Bernardino.
While at the Nutrition 4 Kids, we located several cans of Enfamil baby formula with the store seals and stamps still on the cans. We determined the stolen cans were purchased from a company called FLOALMZ. The name of the CEO of the company is Julio Cesar Flores. The investigation ended at Flores’ house on the 3600 block of Buchanan in the City of Riverside. Approximately 730 cans of Enfamil and 31 large capacity boxes of Tide detergent were located at the residence, with an estimated value of $16,000.00. LPS personnel determined most of the cans of Enfamil were stolen. Flores was arrested for possession of stolen property.
