The Alhambra Police Department will conduct a Pedestrian Safety Operation on Thursday, Sept. 12, 2013 from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM 
On Thursday, September 12, 2013, the Alhambra Police Department will be conducting a Pedestrian Safety Operation at the intersection of Valley Boulevard and Monterey Street, in the City of Alhambra. The operation will begin at 7:30 AM and will conclude at 12:00 PM.
The purpose of the Pedestrian Safety Operation is to promote a safer environment and educate the public regarding pedestrians crossing the highways. The goal is to reduce the number of victims killed and injured due to vehicle/pedestrian related collisions within the community of Alhambra.
