On January 18, 2013, Ho Seok Suh, a 55 year-old male resident of Rancho Palos Verdes was driving southbound on Hawthorne Boulevard near Ryan Park when he struck a 17 year-old male. The suspect’s blood alcohol content was estimated at .12 BAC two hours after the traffic collision.

Tuesday, August 27, 2013, Suspect Suh pled guilty in Torrance Court, Department C. Suspect Suh was sentenced to three years in state prison and paid restitution to the family
