A plane crash landed on the beach at Portuguese Bend, Rancho Palos Verdes. The beach is near the northwestern edge of the Trump Golf Course, adjacent to the Portuguese Bend residential area.
The aircraft is upside down at the water line. (See photo, click on link at the bottom of this message)
LACoFD Baywatch Lifeguards and Firefighter Paramedics report the pilot is the sole occupant of the plane and has minor injuries, is alert, and talking.
Initial reports are that the plane was towing an advertising banner.
