MPD is investigating a larceny of tablets from Walmart that occurred on 08/24/13. Suspect is a W/M driving a older model Chev. Suburban. 
The Marion Police Department is investigating a larceny of several tablets from Wal-mart. Brandy Bartlett with loss prevention reported that on Saturday August 24th an unknown white male in his 20’s came in the store around 5am. The subject described took 14 Galaxy and Nexus tablets totaling $3,231, among other grocery items. According to Sgt. Rick Gutierrez of the Marion Police Department, video surveillance shows this subject walking to the electronics section and taking the items. The subject then exited the store and got into a black and grey in color older model Chevrolet Suburban unknown direction of travel. The police department is asking anyone with information on this individual or vehicle to please contact the Marion Police Department at 652-5205 or they can contact Crimestopper at 65-Crime. Any information on this individual would be kept unanimous and subject to cash reward on the apprehension of the suspect.
