Due to a ruptured water line, portions of Hopyard Road, Black Avenue and nearby streets will be closed throughout the night. Utility crews are on scene and residents are advised there could be disruptions in water service to homes and businesses in the area.
Use extra caution when driving or traveling in the area and avoid the area if possible.
