Mayor Barry Wright Highlights Importance of Public Safety
Winslow Township Holds National Night Out Event
August 12, 2013- Mayor Barry Wright lauded Chief of Police Robert Stimelski and residents of Winslow Township, who attended the National Night Out event to demonstrate the community’s commitment to public safety.
“Commitment to public safety is one of my highest priorities,” said Mayor Wright. “A safe community can help us build a prosperous community. Today’s National Night Out event gives us an opportunity to work together to strengthen our safety goals, including community policing and bicycle patrols.”
National Night Out Against Crime is a program observed by communities across the United States. The purpose of the program is to heighten crime awareness while encouraging a strong partnership between police and community.
