Because of the road construction in Windom, if you plan on parking in the fairgrounds you will have to enter and exit via the 7th ave. entrance. You will not be able to enter and exit via 16th st because of the construction on 6th ave. Also it is recommended that if you plan on parking on the road, to park west of 6th ave. Road crews will be paving 6th ave. Also do not park on 6th ave., or 16th st. in the construction area.
