4:00PM, Wed: A person was trapped under a freight train at E. Myrrh Av. and Alameda St, Compton. By about 430PM, rescuers were able to stabilize the patient and move the freight train off of him. Emergency medical care is being provided by Compton Fire Dept. firefighters. Compton Sheriff's Station deputies are blocking traffic so medical care can be provided and to address traffic hazards caused by the train. The train is blocking all east/west traffic along Alameda, Compton, Alondra and Greenleaf Ave., Compton. East/Westbound traffic has to use Rosecrans Bridge to the north or E. Artesia Bl to the south
