Home Invasion occurred on the 32200 block of Valley View Circle. See NIXLE for details. 
Farmington Public Safety officers are investigating a home invasion that occurred at a residence on the 32200 block of Valley View Circle (North of Grand River Ave and east of Power Rd) sometime between 2PM and 4PM on Monday, July 22nd.
The unknown suspect(s) gained entry by breaking a glass door to the rear of the home. Once inside, the suspect(s) stole jewelry, coins, electronics and firearms from the home.
Investigators are working with area departments to determine if there have been similar break-ins in neighboring communities.
The Farmington Public Safety recommends that glass exterior doors be replaced with solid core steel doors. Also, please be sure to report any suspicious vehicles, persons or situations in your neighborhood to the public safety department immediately.
