Deputy Caleb Scroggins, originally from Sutherlin, Oregon, attended California State University-Chico where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology. In addition, he has his Associate of Science degrees in Administration of Justice and Law Enforcement. He graduated from the Butte College Police Academy in June, 2013.
