NARRATIVE:
Sheriff's Homicide detectives are en route to the 3700 block of Downing Avenue, Baldwin Park, to assist Baldwin Park Police Department personnel investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of a 1-year old female.

The victim was transported to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead.
