On May 22, 2013 Morgan Hill Police Department received a report of an incident which occurred on May, 16th at approximately 3:00 pm. The report stated two female juveniles were walking behind Dairy Delite located at 17735 Monterey Rd. As they were walking an older model white GMC Yukon with oversize tires drove up and blocked their pathway. The driver raised his body allowing him to expose his genitals to the females. The subject is described as a Caucasian male in his 40’s, medium build wearing an American flag baseball cap and a solid black sweatshirt.
