The Geneva Police Department, along with the other Tri-City Police Departments, have experienced an increase in burglaries to vehicles in the area. Please make sure that you lock your vehicle and either remove or conceal any valuable items left inside. The majority of these incidents are crimes of opportunity. It only takes a minute to enter an unlocked car and to remove valuables from inside. Please assist us by securing your vehicles. If you should observe any suspicious activity in your neighborhood please call 911 so that the activity can be investigated.
