Sheriff's Detectives Seek To Identify Victim of Fatal Fiery Crash, Wilmington Av/University Dr,Carson, 3:50AM,Wed. 
On Wednesday, May 15, 2013, at approximately 3:50 AM, a single-vehicle collision occurred on Wilmington Avenue south of University Drive in front of Anderson Park in Carson. The vehicle lost control on Wilmington Avenue, struck a tree in the park, and burst into flames.
The male driver and sole occupant perished in the fire. No witnesses were located at the time of the initial investigation. The driver remains unidentified.
