Continue to avoid Windsor St. (Highway 19) at Grand Ave. Work continues on the power lines and power poles that came down during the storm yesterday. It is expected the intersection, for the most part, will be closed until 6:00pm today (05/15/13). When the intersection is opened, further communication will be provided.
