A Regional Silver Alert has been declared.
The Lawrence Police Department is investigating the disappearance of an adult from the City of Lawrence, Indiana. The City of Lawrence is located within Marion County and is adjacent to the City of Indianapolis, Indiana. Clayborne Lewis is an 85 year old black male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, and 170 lbs., with black hair, brown eyes and wearing glasses. Clayborne Lewis was last seen between 5:00- 5:30 pm in the vicinity of a Village Pantry store located at 5190 N. Franklin Rd, Indianapolis, on Wednesday May 8, 2013. Clayborne Lewis is believed to be in danger. Clayborne Lewis was last seen wearing a hat, black/white sweater, maroon pants and white suspenders. Clayborne Lewis does not see or hear very well, and may be disoriented and require medical attention. He is believed to be traveling on foot.
