On April 23, 2013, around 4:18 PM, deputies from the Perris Station were dispatched to the area of Perris Blvd. x Nuevo Rd, City of Perris, about a suspicious person. Upon arrival deputies located the missing person Robert Allen Kelly.

Medical Conditions: Alzheimer’s, High Blood Pressure, Thyroid Problems.
At 1230 hours on April 22, 2013, Robert Kelly left his residence at 19369 Sun Summit Drive, Lake Hills, for a short walk and did not return. Dispatch received a call 2240 hours of a missing elderly adult at risk with Alzheimer's.
Mr. Kelly takes walks around his neighborhood, to his sister’s home, and to Riverside Galleria Mall.
