UPDATE: Amber Alert cancelled 
UPDATE: The Amber Alert has been cancelled. Lili High has been located and is safe.

At 2125 hours on 04-07-13, Tami Kelley arrived at Bruce High’s residence. Bruce had not heard from Kelley for about 3 months. Kelley subject is a friend of both Bruce and the victim’s Mother, Christina Willbanks.
Bruce and Kelley visited for a short time and at one point Bruce left the room. Bruce heard some commotion in the front room and when he went to investigate, Kelley had left the residence with Bruce’s daughter, Lili J. High. Bruce observed the two leaving in a Teal Green “97 Mazda 626, MO license SJ9-J0U. The vehicle has extensive damage to the entire passenger side.
Bruce had no idea why Kelley would take his daughter, but believes Kelley may be working with Willbanks.
Lili was last seen wearing black and red spandex type pants with a short sleeve yellow shirt.
