Water Main break Franklin Rd & Rt46. 
A water main break has occurred at Rt 46 and Franklin Road. Currently, all Franklin Road northbound traffic is being detoured on to Augusta St. Please expect delays and closures in that area. This problem will continue into the evening rush hour.
