NARRATIVE:
In connection with an ongoing narcotics investigation the Burlington Police Detectives including lead investigator Ric Volp, along with agents from the FBI and US Marshal’s Service, and ATF and Vermont State Police executed a search warrant at a residence at 69 Spring Street early this morning.

• Victor Allen, a Brooklyn, New York man was arrested on felony charges of conspiracy to sell cocaine and possession of heroin and crack cocaine. He has no known criminal history. Victor Allen will be lodged, bail was set at $100,000.
• Maria Twitty of Burlington was arrested for possession of heroin and crack cocaine and conspiracy to sell cocaine. She has a criminal history in Vermont for Disorderly Conduct and Simple Assault. Twitty was lodged in lieu of $25,000 bail.
• Adekola Allen was arrested for possession of cocaine and heroin and conspiracy to sell cocaine. His criminal history includes multiple charges in New York including - Criminal Possession of a Firearm, Obstruction of Government Administration, and Possession of Marijuana . Adekola Allen will be lodged, bail was set at $100,000.

During the search police recovered sizeable quantities of crack cocaine (300+ bags), heroin (300+ bags), and a quantity of powder cocaine as well as more than $20,000 in cash and a 9mm handgun.

During execution of the search warrant, police officers were stationed at the Integrated Arts Academy at HO Wheeler School, located directly across the street from 69 Spring Street as a precaution. Additionally, school administration was notified as soon as the warrant execution began. No disruption in school day activities occurred or is anticipated. The scene was secure prior to the arrival of students for the day.

All suspects will be lodged at the Chittenden Regional Correctional Center and will be arraigned on Monday in Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division.
