UPDATE: Police activity Orange Grove/Mar Vista see full Nixel msg 
The Pasadena Police Department is actively searching an area for shooting suspects. If you live or work in the area located within the perimeter of Wilson/Orange Grove, Hill/Orange Grove, Maple/Hill, and Wilson/Maple, we ask that you please avoid going into that area. At 5pm a police representative will be available at Jefferson Elementary at 1500 E. Villa St. If you are a resident that is unable to get to your home because of a street closure, you can go to Jefferson school to wait, and there you will get police updates as they become available. Please do not call the Pasadena Police department for updates or to obtain further information on the status of the investigation.
A second location has been opened for residents to wait；however, an officer will not be available to provide updates. The second location is Jackie Robinson Center at 1020 N. Fair Oaks Ave.
