Update: Officers in process of serving warrants on Cornelius Isaiah Edgerton.
On March 11, 2013, at 8:10 pm, officers from Forest City Police Department were called to investigate an incident of shooting into an occupied dwelling at 128 Ridgeway Court, Forest City, NC. Although the house was occupied at the time of the incident, no one was injured. Warrants for arrest for discharging a weapon in to an occupied dwelling, communicating threats, discharging a weapon in the city limits, and going armed to the terror of the people have been issued for Cornelius Isaiah Edgerton, a black male, age 43, in connection with the incident.
