East Side PACT meeting tonight
East side residents and businesses are invited to a Police And Citizens Together (PACT) meeting tonight at the police station.
The PACT program gives citizens a voice and a role in keeping our neighborhoods safe from crime and disorder. In PACT, we assign officers to specific neighborhoods and hold tri-annual meetings to hear neighborhood concerns so that officers can work to address them.
This meeting is for all residents and businesses on the Village’s East side. It will be held on Monday, March 11th, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. Some of the planned topics will be:
--Rt. 25 crashes
--Armed robbery at 7-11
--Summary active PACT projects
You’ll get to meet your assigned PACT officers and your new PACT supervisor, Sergeant Steve Van Loan. You can share your concerns, ask questions, or just listen.
In order for us to understand your concerns, we need you to come to the meeting and speak up, so please join us.
