The Burlington Police Department is seeking Joseph A. Pickens (DOB 10/12/73) in connection with a Domestic Assault that occurred in the area of Adams St. and St. Paul St., Burlington, VT. Pickens fled the area on foot and was last seen wearing a dark, possibly brown, shirt. Pickens is a light-skinned black male, approximately 5’9” and 170 pounds. If anyone witnessed this event or has any information about his whereabouts, please contact the Burlington Police Department with any information. Pickens has an assaultive history.
