The Level I Snow Emergency has been lifted. 
The City Manager has cancelled the snow emergency for the city of Oxford. Major routes have been cleared and parking can resume on the snow routes. Motorists are advised to still use caution as slick spots may still exist. For more information on snow routes and parking restrictions, visit www.cityofoxford.org.
