Detectives with the FBI Safe Streets Task Force seek the public’s assistance with information that may lead to the identity of the person

(INDIANAPOLIS) – At approximately 3:20 PM, officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department were sent to the 3000 blk. of Kentucky Av. (PNC Bank) on a 9-1-1 call reporting a bank robbery had just occurred. When officers arrived they were told that a white male possibly in his 30’s produced a note demanding money. The bank teller complied with the robber’s demands and handed the robber an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency. The male is seen fleeing, on foot, out the bank’s front doors toward Moorsville Rd. No injuries were reported, and no weapon was seen. Currently, there is no surveillance video available for public release.

The suspect is described as a white male, 6 foot 2 inches, in his 30’s, thin build, wearing black sunglasses, a black hoodie, and black jeans.

The FBI Safe Streets Task Force is conducting an active investigation into this incident.
