Burglary Arrest. 
On Monday, 25 February 2013 at approximately 9:20 am Police Officer Chris Joy was dispatched to 436 Keene Street on a report of a Burglary in progress. After a police investigation, two men were arrested and charged. During the arrest Officer Joy was kicked twice but was not severally injured.
Arrested were MIGUEL ANGEL PEREZ-AVILES, age 22 of 437 Division Street and ANDREW JIMENEZ-MARTINEZ, age 20 of 473 Division Street.
Perez-Aviles was charged with Burglary, Aggravated Assault on a Police Officer, and Resisting Arrest. Bail was set by the Honorable Judge Maria Del Valle-Koch at 35,000.00 with no 10%.
Jimenez-Martinez was charged with Burglary and Possession of Burglary tools. Bail was set at 35,000.00 with no 10% by the Honorable Judge Maria Del Valle-Koch.
