Tips received by Amarillo Crime Stoppers lead to the arrest of Matthew Scott Kuntz on 2-22-13. The APD COPPS unit acted on the information in the tips. He was located and arrested in the 1700 block of SE 25th at approximately 12:36 pm. He was transported to the Randall County Jail for booking of his warant, "Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle".
