Homicides – Between 2/3-2/16, there was one gang-related homicide. In 2013 YTD, there have been two homicides. In 2012 YTD, there was one homicide.

Rape – Between 2/3-2/16, there were no reported rapes. In 2013 YTD, there have been 3 reported rapes. In 2012 YTD, there were 6 reported rapes.
Robberies – Between 2/3-2/16, there were 20 reported robberies. There were 8 armed robberies & 12 strong-arm robberies. 55% of incidents occurred on Tuesday (7) & Sunday (4). 60% of incidents occurred between 1400-2000 hrs. During this time period, seven incidents occurred in District IV. In 2013 YTD, total robberies are down approx. 12% from 2012.

Aggravated Assaults – Between 2/3-2/16, there were 17 reported incidents of aggravated assault. Those incidents include 3 incidents of domestic violence, and one child assault. During this period, there were 7 ADW-Gun incidents (5 gang-related). Approx. 60% of ADW-Gun incidents occurred on Saturday (2) & Sunday (2); all but two ADW-Gun incidents occurred between 4:00pm-1100pm. In 2013 YTD, aggravated assaults are up approx. 18% from 2012.

Residential Burglary – Between 2/3-2/16, there were 11 reported residential burglaries. The most frequent days of occurrence were Monday (3) & Friday (2). Three incidents occurred between 10:00am-1:00pm. There were 5 incidents in District I during this time period. In 2013 YTD, residential burglaries are up approx. 12% from 2012.
Comm/Other Structure Burglary – Between 2/3-2/16, there were two reported comm/other structure burglaries. In 2013 YTD, there have been 25 reported incidents; up approx. 25% from 2012.
Grand Theft Auto – Between 2/3-2/16, there were 34 reported stolen vehicles. The most frequent days of occurrence were Monday (8), Wednesday (7), and Friday (7). Peak hours of occurrence are from 1:00am-6:00am & 8:00am-1:00pm (Wed-Fri). During this time period, RD 2813 & RD 2835 each had five reported stolen vehicles. RD 2871 had 4 reported stolen vehicles during this time period. The most frequent stolen vehicles during this time period were 90’s model Honda Accords (5), Honda Civics (5), and Toyota Camry (4). In 2013 YTD, GTAs are up approx. 24% from 2012.
Vehicle Burglary – Between 2/3-2/16, there were 8 reported vehicle burglaries. The most frequent days of occurrence are Thursday (3) & Saturday (2). The most frequent time of occurrence was from 12:00am-7:00am. During this time period, there were three vehicle burglaries in District I (2 in RD 2814). In 2013 YTD, there have been 39 reported incidents; up approx. 25% from 2012.
