SUSPECT: Ralph “Eugene” Todd, 31 year-old, Menlo Park resident
INCIDENT SUMMARY:
On December 19, 2012, Ralph “Eugene” Todd was arrested by Redwood City police detectives for performing lewd and lascivious acts on a child. Todd was employed as a Tae Kwon Do instructor at Kim’s Tae Kwon Do Academy, located at 348 Woodside Plaza in Redwood City. Todd had been an instructor at the academy for the last 12 years.
This is an on-going investigation and detectives are attempting to gain more information to determine if there are additional victims or witnesses involved. Anyone with information regarding Suspect Ralph Todd is encouraged to contact Detective Megan Boyajian at 650-780-7138.
