The Chelsea Police Department has received notification by at least one resident who received a text message stating that her debit card was deactivated and advised to call "The Community Driven Credit Union 734-714-2163". This is a scam, communication with your bank should always when possible be done in person or at the very least with a confirmed employee from your banking instituition.
