Kleberg County Most Wanted Fugitive Apprehended by KPD 
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
On 2-7-2013, Kingsville Police Officers arrested Gilbert Espinoza at a local hotel. Espinoza was number one on the Kleberg County Most Wanted Fugitive List and had been trying to avoid apprehension by hiding at different locations. Shortly after 9 am officers secured the area around the hotel and took Espinoza into custody.
Espinoza was charged with the following:
1. THEFT TWO OR MORE CONVICTIONS (INDICTMENT) $40.000 BOND
2. BURGLARY OF COIN OPERATED MACHINE (MTR) NO BOND
3. THEFT OF PROPERTY 50-500 (MTR) NO BOND
4. THEFT OF PROPERTY 50-500 (MTR) NO BOND
5. UNLAWFUL USE OF CRIMINAL INSTRUMENT (MTR) NO BOND
