SUSPECT(S): White male, 16-20 years old, 5’6” tall with a thin build. He has brown hair and he was wearing a grey sweatshirt and blue jean pants.



DETAILS:

On 02/04/2013, approximately 1 PM, a burglary was reported in the 2100 block of Pacific Avenue that involved a scam.

The victim answered her door for a suspect who stated he was working on a neighboring property. The suspect stated he may have damaged some water pipes that lead to her property. He convinced the victim that they should check her backyard for any potential leaks. They went to the backyard together and started to look around for damage. They did not locate any damage and the suspect left. When the victim went back into her residence she realized her house had been burglarized. Our investigators suspect there was another suspect involved in this incident. The exact loss is unknown at this time.
