SUSPECT(S):
White male adult, approximately 5’9” tall and weighs around 200 pounds. He has light brown hair. Clothing description: green polo shirt, blue jean pants and he was riding a bicycle.
DETAILS:
On 01/24/12, approximately 5 PM, a parent was picking up her child at Jefferson School, located at 14300 Bancroft Avenue. The adult male described rode up to her on a bicycle and engaged her in conversation. The victim looked toward the suspect and she realized he had his zipper down and his private parts were exposed to her. The suspect rode away traveling E/B and the victim reported the incident to the San Leandro Police Department.
Lieutenant Randall Brandt stated, “Our investigators are taking this incident very seriously and we would encourage any witnesses to this incident to come forward.”
