Sherman Oaks Residents-GTA (Grand Theft Auto) and BFVM (Burglary Theft from Vehicles) update. 
This week there have been numerous reports of GTA and BFMV crimes along the Ventura Blvd. corridor between Kester Ave and Fulton Ave.
These crimes have occurred in the early morning hours. They have involved vehicles parked in the alleys north and south of Ventura Blvd.
We remind you to hide your belongings and secure your vehicles.
These burglars are usually on foot or on a bicycle carrying a backpack. If you see any one looking into cars or acting suspicious immediately call 911.
