Freezing Rain Advisory 
The National Weather Service has issued a Freezing Rain Advisory for portions of North Georgia including the Paulding County area. The advisory goes into effect at 6AM Friday morning and continues through 1PM.
Freezing rain is forecasted to begin in NorthWest Georgia around 7AM and continue through noon. Little accumulation is expected.
Instructions:
Periods of freezing rain that will later switch to all rain will cause some travel difficulties across the region. Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution.
Power outages may occur due to ice forming on power lines.
Stay aware of changing weather conditions and monitor NOAA weather radio and local media outlets for further statements regarding the winter weather event.
