Sex offender is being released into our community 
The Green Bay Police Department is releasing the following information on a convicted sex offender who is being released into our community. This release of information will enhance public safety and raise community awareness.
On January 22, 2013 Robert M O’Malley 12-15-50 will be released to the TLP at 1761 Shawano. He was convicted of 1st degree Sexual Assault in 1984. He was convicted of 1st degree sexual assault and 2nd degree sexual assault in 1989. Conditions of release are:
1) NO UNSUPERVISED CONTACT WITH MINORS; NO TAVERNS/BARS/LIQUOR STORES; NO CONTACT
WITH VICTIM; NOT TO CONSUME ALCOHOL OR DRUGS.
2) COMPLY WITH STANDARD SEX OFFENDER RULES; COOPERATE WITH ELECTRONIC MONITORING.
3) FACE-TO-FACE CONTACT WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT REQUIRED; COMPLY WITH ALL
REQUIREMENTS AND LIFETIME REGISTRANT OF WI SEX OFFENDER REGISTRATION PROGRAM. MANDITORY GPS.
He will be on supervision until April of 2024. The release of this information is intended to educate and protect the public and is not to be used to injure, harass, or commit a criminal act against any individual or their family. Anyone taking criminal action against any registrant or their families is subject to criminal prosecution.
