Early this morning WCSO Detectives located 3 month old Solomon Brandon who had been taken by his biological parents. Solomon was found safe and unharmed. His parents, Rachael McPherson and Darris Brandon are currently in custody. More details will be released as the investigation continues.

Today (1/20/13) at approximately 7:00pm the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office responded to the 9000 block of Ascot Dr. in Superior Township for a parental kidnapping.
Upon investigation it was discovered that the family is currently involved in a custody battle. Although custody has not been terminated, the biological mother is not the caretaker of the child and does not have permission to have the child. Today, the biological mother (21 year old Rachel McPherson) took the 3month old infant (Soloman Emmanuel Brandon) from the care taker (biological grandmother). McPherson was last seen on foot in the MacArthur Blvd area of Superior Township.
The attached picture of Solomon is from 3 days ago. Solomon was last seen with Rachael McPherson, but they may also be with the biological father, Derris Brandon.
Derris Brandon: 22 year old black male. 5'7 and 156 lbs.
Rachel McPherson: 21 year old black female. 5'3 and 130 lbs.
