This advisory is being sent as a courtesy on behalf of the Ripley County Prosecutor’s Office. Allison Moore, the 22 year old Colerain Township, Ohio woman being held in connection with the murder of 68 year old Nancy Hershman of Milan waived extradition in a hearing Wednesday, January 9 in Hamilton County, Ohio and is now back in Indiana. According to Ripley County Prosecutor, Ric Hertel, Moore is scheduled to appear before the Ripley Circuit Court in Versailles on Monday, January 14 at 8:30 a.m. for her initial hearing. At that time bond will be determined and a trial date set.

All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until they are proven guilty in a court of law.
