Snow in excess of 3 inches is predicted for Thursday, December 20. Therefore, it is likely a Snow Emergency will be declared beginning at 12:01 a.m. on Thursday and continuing until 7 a.m. on Friday, December 21. No parking on City streets until the Snow Emergency ends. Please prepare to park vehicles off City streets. Vehicles ticketed for violation of the City Snow Emergency Ordinance will receive a $50.00 citation.
