Two Women Arrested at a Burson Residence for Burglary

(Burson, CA) On 11/29/12 at approx. 9:00 am Calaveras Sheriff’s deputies responded to a residence on the 200 block of Herbert Court in Burson for a report of trespassing. Upon arrival they contacted Suspects Rebecca Boriolo (41) of Burson and Tamara Sutton (45) of San Andreas, outside the residence. At the time, Suspect Boriolo was holding a paper bag that contained several cuts of frozen beef.

Upon further investigation the deputies learned that both suspects entered the home through an unlocked garage door. The owner of the house, Suspect Boriolo’s ex-husband, met the deputies at the house and confirmed that neither suspect was allowed at the residence. He further stated that the bag of frozen beef belonged to him and had been taken from a freezer in his garage. The suspects also attempted to take a bottle of alcohol. Additionally, the home owner said that the suspects entered his house and rummaged through dresser drawers in his bedroom. Both suspect denied having taken anything from the home.
