Suspicious Circumstances Call at Simon Cowell's Residence

On Sunday, November 25, 2012, at approximately 12:56 P.M., the Beverly Hills Police Department received a call from someone reporting unknown trouble at a residence. The caller reported that someone within the house had been tied up with duct tape and needed assistance. The address of the residence provided by the caller was determined not to be a Beverly Hills address.

The caller then stated that the incident was occurring at “Simon Cowell's” house, which is in the City of Beverly Hills. Officers responded to the Cowell residence and contacted Mr. Cowell and confirmed that the call was a false report of an emergency.
