CASE SUMMARY:
On November 20th, 2012 at about 4:00 p.m., Sabrina Sandell left her home on Mitad Ct. to visit a friend in the area of Argyle and Sunrise in the city of San Bernardino. Sandell was seen in the area and was said to be looking for an unknown subject by the name of “Luis.” Sandell was last seen by herself, on foot, at about 5:00 p.m. Sandell is an Insulin Dependent Diabetic and it is unknown if she has insulin with her.
