Residential Burglaries

The Saratoga Springs Police Department is investigating three (3) separate residential burglaries that occurred on Westbury Drive in the City of Saratoga Springs. The burglaries occurred on Friday evening November 16th between 7:30pm and 10:30pm. The homes were unoccupied at the time of the burglaries and entry in to the homes was forced through side or rear doors. Items that were taken include Gold Coins, Gold Bars, Silver, Jewelry, International Currency to include Swiss Francs, Various electronic items such as an IPhone, Mac Book, IPad, Nikon Camera, to name just a few. The value of stolen items exceeds well over $100,000 dollars. The police are asking for the public’s assistance, if anyone was in the Westbury Drive area during the above mentioned times and noticed anything suspicious we ask that you call the Saratoga Springs Police Department. The Police Department also asks that you contact us if you have any information regarding these burglaries by calling 584-1800 or 584-TIPS. The Police Department is also asking the media to pass this information on to their affiliates in the Capital Region and in the Downstate area.
