Power has been restored in the area of Washington and Mills. Expect continued traffic congestion through rush hour. 
JCP&L advises that power has been restored to the intersection of Washington Street at Mills Street. Those residences and businesses which had their power cut this morning to complete this repair work should now have a return of power service.
As significant traffic detours have been in effect since yesterday, motorists should expect continued congestion through rush hour.
JCP&L will remain on the scene for approximately 30-45 minutes to remove equipment and ensure there are no further issues.
