Morris County has now been included in the disaster declaration for Individual Assistance.
Eligibility allows New Jerseyans impacted by Hurricane Sandy to apply for different types of assistance, including temporary housing, repair, replacement or other needs such as Disaster Unemployment Assistance and Small Business Administration disaster loans.
Resdients can register online at http://www.disasterassistance.gov/ or via a web-enabled mobile device or smartphone by visiting http://m.fema.gov/. Registration can also be done by phone seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. by calling 800-621-FEMA (3362).
