Based on information supplied erroneously by PSE&G, residents were advised that Franklin would have power fully restored by tonight. Under the current work plan which was revised and released this afternoon and available at www.pseg.com, PSE&G states there are still approximately 5,800 customers in Franklin without power and anticipates restoring approximately 1,000 customers per day. Franklin officials are currently working with PSE&G management to expedite the restoration of power to those residents and businesses without power. The Township has requested additional PSE&G crews in Franklin to address the outages in a more timely fashion.
