Port Elizabeth is open to marine traffic.
Both Ports will be open to truck traffic commencing at (0700 hours) 7:00 a.m. on Monday, November 5, 2012.
Ferry Service
The Hudson River is open to ferry traffic.
The East River is open to ferry traffic.
